A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Shipping time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. Delays may occur during shipping, which are beyond our store's control.

But if the shipping takes longer than expected, or the tracking number keeps being identified as "invalid", please contact us and we will take care of the issue for you.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Meiish's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
Return & Refund
At Meiish, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. That’s why we’re proud to offer Hassle-free returns on all orders. If you are not fully satisfied, simply return your unworn or unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Time limit: within 2 days after payment of order.
(Because we usually ship the goods within 48 hours after you complete the order.)
Returns &Exchanges
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 Natural days,after the receipt of the product. (If you apply for a return for a refund after 30 days of receipt, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer)
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the product is in good condition with no visible signs of use or damage. If you need to return the item due to quality issues, please contact our customer service team first and provide relevant photos and descriptions to prove the quality issue, ensuring it meets the return criteria.
