We usually require 0-3 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.
Shipping Time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. Delays may occur during shipping, which are beyond our store's control.

Full Refunds Are Not Available Under The Following Circumstances:
1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond MEIISH's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

At MEIISH, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. That’s why we’re proud to offer Hassle-free returns on all orders. If you are not fully satisfied, simply return your unworn or unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Time limit: within 2 days after payment of order.
(Because we usually ship the goods within 48 hours after you complete the order.)
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 Natural days,after the receipt of the product. （If you apply for a return for a refund after 30 days of receipt, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer）
