At Meiish, we strive to make the shipping process as seamless and convenient as possible for our valued customers. Our current shipping policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience that exceeds your expectations.
SHIPPING FEE

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. We usually require 0-3 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.
Shipping time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. Delays may occur during shipping, which are beyond our store's control.
Track Your Order
You can track your package on https://www.yuntrack.com/Track/Detail .It is possible that the update of information is slightly delayed, normally it is fine. But if the shipping takes longer than expected, or the tracking number keeps being identified as "invalid", please contact us and we will take care of the issue for you.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Meiish's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
Return & Refund
At Meiish, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. That’s why we’re proud to offer Hassle-free returns on all orders. If you are not fully satisfied, simply return your unworn or unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Time limit: within 2 days after payment of order.
(Because we usually ship the goods within 48 hours after you complete the order.)
Returns &Exchanges
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 Natural days,after the receipt of the product. （If you apply for a return for a refund after 30 days of receipt, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer）
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the product is in good condition with no visible signs of use or damage. If you need to return the item due to quality issues, please contact our customer service team first and provide relevant photos and descriptions to prove the quality issue, ensuring it meets the return criteria.
SHIPPING FEE
If the return or exchange is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at meiish@xfsnbd.com.
Important Notes
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at meiish@xfsnbd.com. We'll make arrangements to send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
If you're requesting a refund for a damaged or defective item, you may be asked to provide photos of the item to help us improve our quality control processes.
We reserve the right to deny any refund claims if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
