If you are not fully satisfied, simply return your unworn or unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Time limit: within 2 days after payment of order.
(Because we usually ship the goods within 48 hours after you complete the order.)
Returns &Exchanges
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 Natural days,after the receipt of the product. (If you apply for a return for a refund after 30 days of receipt, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer)
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the product is in good condition with no visible signs of use or damage. If you need to return the item due to quality issues, please contact our customer service team first and provide relevant photos and descriptions to prove the quality issue, ensuring it meets the return criteria.
SHIPPING FEE
If the return or exchange is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at meiish@xfsnbd.com.

We reserve the right to deny any refund claims if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
